AWS approached Catalysis to create a global campaign that would drive awareness and inspire action among business and technical decision-makers. Our goal was to break down the complexity of migration and position AWS as the most complete and accessible solution on the market. Through a layered approach blending motivation, education, and tailored messaging, we delivered a campaign that helped prospects see migration not as a hurdle, but as a business opportunity waiting to be unlocked.

The cloud migration space is filled with varying levels of readiness, risk tolerance, and technical sophistication. AWS’s targets ranged from enterprises with massive workloads to smaller organizations just beginning their digital transformation. Despite this diversity, a key insight emerged: The perceived complexity of migration often stalled progress, so potential customers first needed internal momentum to move their migration plans forward. AWS needed messaging that would build confidence, energize decision-makers, and speak directly to the specific challenges each audience faced.

Catalysis designed a campaign strategy rooted in clarity and motivation. First, we focused on building emotional and strategic momentum through bold, benefit-driven messaging and aspirational visuals. These top-level assets were crafted to generate interest and convey that AWS migrations are not only possible, but practical and empowering. From there, we drilled into key proof points. Short, data-packed content addressed common concerns like cost savings versus on-premise infrastructure, alongside turning the speed of migration into days, not months. This dual-layered approach allowed the campaign to resonate at both the executive and technical level. The final deliverables included a suite of digital banners, infographics, and videos, each tailored to communicate confidence, clarity, and value across multiple touchpoints.
