The Approach

The Solution

CRM & Identity 

  • Implemented Segment as a Customer Data Platform to act as the master source for customer profiles and behavioral data. 
  • Consolidated and migrated customer records from Opera, Checkfront, and other systems into a unified identity framework.
  • Built custom APIs and automated onboarding processes to keep customer data fresh and accurate in real time.

Email Platform Overhaul

  • Transitioned LOGE to Iterable, a more robust email marketing platform, and became Iterable Certified to manage all execution. 
  • Built new branded templates and automated lifecycle flows (e.g., welcome, reminder, and loyalty campaigns). 
  • Designed and deployed behavior-driven email campaigns leveraging travel frequency, rental activity, and location preferences. 

Marketing Data Integration 

  • Connected Segment data directly to Meta and Google Ads, enabling behavior-based audience segmentation for paid campaigns. 
  • Set up new tags and instrumentation through Google Tag Manager for enhanced web tracking and conversion measurement. 

Reporting & Insights 

  • Delivered a Power BI dashboard that integrated booking, operational, marketing, and CRM data. 
  • Added connectors (e.g., Funnel.io) to unify campaign performance across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. 
  • Provided full transparency into campaign ROI, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
