Data Warehouse & Identity Resolution
- Implemented Segment as the foundational Customer Data Platform (CDP), integrating user profiles across booking, gear rentals, cafe/retail systems, and digital touchpoints.
- Built custom APIs to connect fragmented systems like Opera (PMS) and Checkfront (rental platform) into a unified customer view.
Marketing & Customer Data Aggregation
- Set up Funnel.io to aggregate advertising and CRM performance data across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Iterable).
- Developed custom Power BI dashboards for customer segmentation, channel performance, and behavioral analytics.
- Created identity stitching logic to merge OTA and direct booking profiles, improving customer lifecycle visibility and enabling targeted marketing.
Operations & Executive Reporting
- Delivered real-time Ops Reporting Dashboards to monitor lodging and gear rental performance, occupancy trends, and booking behavior across locations.
- Enabled location managers and leadership to access unified, trusted reports without needing manual data pulls or spreadsheet reconciliation.
