Digital Advertising Project Manager
As a Digital Advertising Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing innovative business-to-consumer awareness campaigns and direct-to-consumer sales initiatives on behalf of our clients. You will work across various digital channels, including Connected TV (CTV), digital audio, digital out-of-home (DOOH), organic and paid social media, influencers, and search engine marketing (SEM), to drive impactful results for our clients. Your expertise in competitive analysis, interpreting campaign performance, and delivering compelling presentations will be crucial in shaping and communicating our campaign strategies both internally and externally. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of integrated B2C awareness campaigns that combine influencer partnerships, organic social media, and paid digital advertising
- Develop creative strategies and detailed project plans for D2C sales campaigns, guiding them from inception to completion
- Oversee campaign asset production, manage timelines, and monitor budgets while ensuring adherence to company standards
- Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional teams, including creative directors, designers, copywriters, media analysts, and researchers, to deliver impactful campaigns
- Write and oversee the creation of project documentation, such as campaign strategy briefs, statements of work, business requirements, functional specifications, project plans, and status reports
- Identify and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client goals, fostering happy and loyal clients
- Develop, interpret, manage, and communicate budgets, schedules, key project metrics, and financial data
- Coordinate and negotiate resource needs across departments and with external vendors
- Manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines across a portfolio of programs
- Anticipate and respond to risks and changes in project scope
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and internal project teams
- Proactively inform clients and internal teams of project and milestone statuses
- Successfully complete multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget
- Lead, motivate, and hold accountable internal and external project team members
- Maintain organized project and programmatic details
- Lead post-mortem discussions, share learnings, and implement improvements in internal processes and final deliverables for subsequent projects
- Actively seek opportunities to develop and leverage personal and professional networking opportunities for new business development
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in project management or strategic planning of digital advertising campaigns, particularly in B2C awareness and DTC sales contexts
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns that integrate influencer marketing, social media, and paid digital advertising
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record in competitive analysis and deriving insights from campaign performance data
- Proficiency in campaign reporting tools and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ad managers, analytics dashboards)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present engaging presentations tailored for a variety of audiences
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation in digital advertising strategies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience with influencer management platforms and social media management tools
- High level of proficiency in business analysis, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
