Catalysis is committed to protecting your privacy and the purpose of this web page is to inform you of our privacy practices.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND STORE ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENTS

Some Catalysis clients provide us with personally identifiable information about their customers so we can provide services such as registration pages for newsletters and notifications, email campaign execution, performance measurement, research, and predictive analytics. All personally identifiable information that our clients provide to us, or that we collect on their behalf, belongs to the client and, as their customer, you should review their privacy policies to ensure you understand how they use your information. Catalysis makes no other use of this information.

The Catalysis website provides users with information about our products and services as well as company contact information. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you, except when you provide it to us. For example, if you request information or register to receive a newsletter, we will collect the information necessary to fulfill your request. Information collected may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, employer, and position held. We will notify you of our need to collect the personal information at the point of collection and will not collect more personal information than is needed to execute your request. If you apply for regular or contract employment with Catalysis, you will be asked to submit your resume and other employment information. Should we choose to make you an offer of employment or engage you as an independent contractor, we may ask for additional information, if applicable, such as your home address and telephone number, educational and employment history, references, social security number, former states of residence, and former names, to assist us in the performance of a criminal and employment background check. All personally identifiable information provided to us in the application process, and your employment or contract with Catalysis, will be treated in accordance with this privacy policy.
